This is an annual fee which includes the application fee, an administrative fee for lead notification, the ability to
search for and purchase leads & receive property owners contact information for a very low cost (only $3.00 per
lead!), a business listing in our directory, premier advertising to a targeted audience - including a link to your email
and website (if you have a website), and other features to be announced soon! Request A Pro members have an
advantage over all other professionals who use our services because we screen our members! This means property
owners already have a level of trust and confidence established when they consider hiring you for a project.

The first step to becoming a Request A Pro member is by completing the membership application. Be sure to enter
your information correctly, and please be honest. Once you complete and submit the application you will then be
directed to a page where you will complete your membership payment. Your payment will be made using PayPal,
which is a secure checkout method that offers you buyers protection assurance. You do not need an account with
PayPal to use this payment service. You can pay for your membership with a credit or debit card, personal check, or
with your PayPal balance (for existing PayPal users)

After we receive your payment we will then process your application. This process could take up to 3-5 days or
sooner, depending on the current demand and the availability of your references and public records. We will notify
you by email with a decision on your application within 3-5 business days. We will contact you before this time if we
need any additional information from you. If approved you will receive information about your membership details
by email. You will also receive membership information via USPS mail within 2 weeks of approval. We will also keep
you updated on new features available to you as time goes on.

If your application is denied, you will be notified by email within 3-5 business days. We will give you the reasons for
our decision and information on how to appeal the denial. We will issue you a full refund of your membership fees
paid which is currently $25.00 (twenty five dollars). If you paid using your credit or debit card, we will refund this
amount back to your credit/debit card the same day we send you the notification of denial. If you paid by check, we
will issue you a refund by check sent by USPS mail, and will be sent on the same day of the denial.

Request A Pro does not charge a monthly membership fee like some other websites do. Other websites like ours
charge you a monthly fee of up to $100.00 or more a month. Sometimes you may never get a single lead from then
in a particular month, but yet you paid quite a bit of money for that month to get nothing at all! We don't play that
game! Our annual membership fee is very low and well worth the money! We don't charge a monthly fee to get
leads... instead we charge our members a small fee of only $3.00 for each lead that you are interested in purchasing!
This is fair and again, well worth the money!

Non-Members - Are Directed To A Submission Form To Email The Property Owner

We explain to property owners that when they submit their project here on Request A Pro that we will only release their name,
city or town where they live, their phone number and email address to qualified professionals who are current members of
Request A Pro and who have been screened and approved.

We also explain to property owners that non-members can also contact them, but none of the owners contact information will
be given to non-members and they will only be provided with a submission form where they can email the owner through our
website. The submission form allows non-members to enter information such as your contact information, rates, or a quote,
references, etc... Non-Members will also have a message field where you can send a personalized message to the property
owner, this is where you would want to let the owner know any important information about your company, services,
experience or anything else. It is your opportunity to sell yourself. If the property owner is interested in speaking with you
further it is up to them to contact you, since you provided them with your information.

The details and description of the leads can be searched by both members and non-members. Again, the owners contact
information can only be purchased by members and non-members can submit their quotes/rates, company information,
experience and references, and a message to the property owner by using a submission form which will be emailed to the
